GET IN ON THE FUN...AND MONEY!
NEW ENTERPRISE FORUM PITCH PIT
Before you spend your grandmother’s life savings on it, vet your business idea in front of an expert panel and an encouraging audience. If selected, you and three other entrepreneurs will each give a four-minute pitch about their startup business ideas to a panel of seasoned judges. The four-minute presentation should explain the business and why customers will buy your product or service. Get constructive feedback in what steps to consider in moving your business idea forward.
And, win a cash prize! The judges award the cash prize to the best presentation. Starting with a $100 pot, a suggested $5 per person donation adds to the cash prize. Bring your family, friends, and colleagues to drive up the cash prize and enthusiasm. The audience also gets in on the act by voting for their favorite business concept resulting in a bragging rights ‘Audience Favorite’ title. For details and to apply, go to https://www.messageblocks.com/pitch-pit. Applications received before Dec 31, 2013 will be considered for the ACE Event on Jan 30, 2014 (http://ace-event.org ). The four entrepreneurs will be notified by Jan 13.
Solving the world’s problems with inventions is engaging and fun! What is your idea?
